Danielle and Kristy discuss the online talent assessment Clifton Strengths (formerly Strengths Finder) and how to apply the results to your life. Kristy gives a life hack for remembering information.

Strategies for improving your weaknesses:

  1. Work on improving (design a support system, use a strength to overcome a weakness)

  2. Find a partner that has that strength

  3. Stop doing it

Life Hack: How to remember content

  1. Have a place to digitally store information (Kristy uses OneNote, Evernote is popular, or just use phone notes)

  2. Have a method to get information into your digital system

  3. Share the information as quickly as possible after you hear it (host a podcast! talk about it with friends and co-workers, even tell a pet or an object for the same memory effect)
